Ingredients 
curd                          250 gm
palak                        100 gm
cumin seed powder  1tsp.
red dry chilli powder 1/2tsp
salt to taste

Method
Boil the palak & make a paste of it. mit  it well with all the other ingredients . Tangy raita is ready to be served with rice or parathas.
