instant khandvi in 8 minutes

ingridients-
 
besan                 -  1 cup
 curd                    -   1 cup
 water                   -   1 1/2 cup
 haldi                    - 1/4  small tsp
 lal mirch powder  - 1/4  small tsp
 asafoetida           - a pinch
 salt to taste
For garnishing- 
 oil .                          -2tsp
 Coreander chopped -2tsp.
 til                              -1tsp.
asafoetida                 - a pinch
Method
mix all the ingrideants well with blender in a micro safe bowl. keep in micro hi for 2 miniute(with out lid).
take out & blend it . put on micro hi for further 3 minutes. 
then ,stir well & spread the mixture thinly with the help of spetula or flat spoon on a working surface(eg.kitchen platform).cut in 1.5 or 2 inch stripes & roll them.
arrange them in a searving plate.
heat the oil  , put til,mustered seeds & asafoetida,
take out as seeds cracles. spread on the arranged pieces.garnish with coriender & grated coconut.
